Swiper, Jazz and Micky have just shifted from a small acreage with their owner into the town. Previously outdoor cats they were longing to get outside again.
A small pergola area seemed the logical place to build an enclosure for them – the only problem being a well established wisteria vine!
The best solution was to build a wire mesh enclosure where the wire was ‘cut’ around the trunk and and built into the existing pergola.
This provides an ideal solution to manage the growth and the pruning,
A steel mesh access gate provides entry into the area accessed by the cats through an existing cat door.
Swiper and Jazz were the first to take a peek outside to see their new area. Hope you enjoy your new enclosure!
