The enclosure has a gate to the rear just short of a drainage area and the front fence has been netted over. Extra ledges have been installed on the wall near the front gate. Kadesh and Ossi can now step out into a very neat part verandah enclosure built along the length of the rear wall. They can access the run through a pet door installed into the brick cavity wall. The owner is already fitting it out with some artificial grass for the cats to roll on! I’m sure...

Rear yard enclosure – Exeter

Rear yard enclosure – Exeter
We have semi enclosed this rear yard using both netting and galvanised mesh to keep Taffy the new kitten adopted from AWL safely enclosed. Due to the extensive Wisteria vine growing over the main pergola, steel mesh has been used to enable the plant to grow freely over the area and for it to be pruned. A steel mesh ‘tree wrap’ was built around the main trunk of the wisteria vine which will allow the kitten to climb the trunk but not to access...

Large side of house enclosure – Strathalbyn

Large side of house enclosure – Strathalbyn
Lily the resident cat has just moved to Strathalbyn and one of the first things her caring owners did for her was to convert a side of the house garden under shade cloth into a great cat enclosure! The owners detached the shade cloth so we could install the netting and enclose each end leaving the option to reattach the shade cloth if required. The netting has been attached from the top of the fascia to the fence line with existing PVC piping giving...

The resident cats can come and go through their cat flap inserted into the bathroom wall where they step out onto a carpeted ledge. The clients are planning on extending this with an elevated...

Jackson and Hunter’s yard enclosure – Enfield

Jackson and Hunter’s yard enclosure – Enfield
This partial enclosure of a rear yard fully enclosed the side of house area and then portions of the yard where the cats could possibly jump over the fence from leverage points. Much of the remaining fence line had well established bushes that the owners have trimmed and covered with wire mesh on the top. This gives Jackson and Hunter a great space to step out into and explore!

Zorro the kitten has a new outdoor area to explore! Rental property enclosure – Glengowrie
We are often asked if we can build on rental properties with minimal impact on the residence. Well, have a look at this build that includes a steel mesh entry box area over a sliding window with a pet door insert, with a small run leading over a path to a corner garden enclosure with a tree wrap! All the infrastructure can be removed with little or no impact on the residence and garden area and the materials can be salvaged and reused at...

Part yard enclosure – Hallett Cove

Part yard enclosure – Hallett Cove
This large rear yard has been partly enclosed to cater for the resident cat (Max) and newly arrived dog to have some areas of their own to enjoy. The boundary has been cantilevered from the back verandah area to the rear fence. This fence also has cantilever poles to add height so that Max can be contained. Smaller infill areas have been netted to secure the enclosure. A steel mesh gate has been installed to the verandah that provides access into this area.

Cantilever yard enclosure – Reynella

Cantilever yard enclosure – Reynella
This large rear yard needed to house the resident cats, dogs and chooks safely. Perimeter fencing was low, so a cantilever system was installed to give the additional height required to secure the enclosure. An area of the garden also needed zoning off to enable the chickens and dogs to have their own space. A new metal panel gate was installed to the side of the house and the carport entrance gate was secured with steel mesh. The build is low visual impact as you...
