Estimating the cost of an enclosure for clients outside the metro area – Murray Bridge

Estimating the cost of an enclosure for clients outside the metro area – Murray Bridge
Sometimes it’s difficult to do an on site appraisal when you live outside the metropolitan area. In this case the owner measured the area and emailed photos to us so Peter could give an Estimate of what it would cost to enclose the area. Approval was given based on the Estimate so the build could be scheduled. After arriving on site, the final Quote was costed and approval to build given by the owner. Rear yard enclosure – Athelstone

Rear yard enclosure – Athelstone
The owners wanted the rear yard area enclosed so they could enjoy the outdoors with their  cats (Cooper, Muffett and Darcy). The fence posts were raised to give additional height to the enclosure and to make it almost invisible to the eye. Large wooden ledges were installed for Cooper who loves to watch the world go by from the side of the yard! But it was Muffett who wasted no time at all to check out her new territory!

Part of the verandah area was enclosed as well as an adjoining internal sun room area giving Duncan a safe and secure enclosure. It has certainly given the owner ‘peace of mind’ knowing Duncan is contained within the confines of the house....
